I know there are no miracle diet pills and i was not expecting one in Phen375. I wanted to lose about 5lbs with Phen375 and I started using it about 2 months ago.As someone posted above It does give you a energy boost but I was disappointed with weight loss.It didnt satisfy me! I remain at 132lbs thought my BMI is just 4% i wanted to reduce further.
So its clear Phen375 only works upto a certain level then you are on your own. Unless you diet and exercise you will not get a toned body you might lose some weight but you will hit a plateau

Phen375 worked for me and i did lose weight.But the excess energy boost kept me awake! It was like i had a red bull or something.Though my body didnt feel tired there was no rest for my eyes

Just try it! Given a chance meratol will surely work for you i have tried it for a month already bought another three month supply I have already lost 15 pounds. The amount of food that I eat on a daily basis is now about 1/4 the amount I used to eat before, which is why I have had such great effects. The pills make me less hungry and have no want to eat the bad foods.

Pros:

Increased energy (no pain, no anxiety, no head aches or other side effects)
Nonexistent appetite (feel fuller faster)
Increased endurance (helps workout)
Weight plateau, what?

Cons:

Feel tired, like you are resting after a marathon
You sweat a lot
Nonexistent appetite (if you dont have a balanced diet can be a problem, the little that you eat must be nuturious food)

Its not a great product but decent Apetite supresant & Energizer,I had very good results in controlling my appetite.I always felt food cravings during afternoon so taking couple of Meratols have stopped that to an extent I still feel the cravings but to a lesser extent
